Profit Leak AI analyses transaction data you supply and returns analysis, estimates, rankings and recommendations. It is a decision-support tool.

Profit Leak AI is not accounting software, a bookkeeping service, a bank, a broker or an adviser. It does not provide accounting, taxation, legal, investment or financial advice.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you upload, and for having the right to upload it.

You are responsible for verifying findings before acting on them, and for any decision you make about a supplier, subscription, contract or expense.

Opportunity figures are estimates. They are derived from the data you supply using disclosed calculations and assumptions, and they may not represent achievable savings.

Flagged transactions are candidates for review. A flag is not an assertion of fraud, error, waste or wrongdoing.

Profit Leak AI does not guarantee any saving, outcome or result.

The Complete Profit Leak Audit is a one-time purchase. Profit Monitor is a recurring subscription that you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Prices and currency are published on the pricing page and may change for future purchases.

Do not upload data you are not authorised to process, and do not attempt to access another customer's data or circumvent access controls.

We may suspend an account that is used in breach of these terms.

You may delete your account at any time. On deletion, your uploaded data and analysis results are removed from the platform.
